A Kingdom Out of This World - John 18:1-40

Jesus to the very end remained faithful to the mission of his heavenly kingdom, not any other. Many motivations fueled the remarks and actions of those all around Jesus the night he was betrayed: discouragement, fear, loyalty, jealousy, power, and apathy. What motivates us as we journey with Jesus in faith and religion? What motivated him throughout that whole ordeal leading up to his crucifixion was love and faithfulness: to his Father, to the mission, and to us. The only trustworthy and faithful person is Jesus.
